摘要
根据继电器基本失效率模型和工作失效率模型,利用国军标元器件基本失效率数据,分析了在不同条件和工作环境下继电器的工作可靠性,并做了比较和分析,得出了有设计和工程参考价值的结果。
According to the basic failure rate model and working failure rate model, the relay working reliabilities are analyzed under different working conditions and environments by using the national military standards. The comparisons and analysis are done and the valuable results for engineering design and application are obtained.
