摘要
在分析矿井煤尘爆炸事故原因的基础上,建立了中小煤矿煤尘爆炸事故树,以某煤矿煤尘爆炸事故为案例进行了分析,提出引起煤尘爆炸事故的主要原因是煤尘大量聚集、除尘装置失效及工人违章放炮产生明火,在此基础上提出了预防煤尘爆炸事故的对策措施。
On the basis of analysing the cause of smut blasting accident in mine, medium- sided and pintsized coal smut blasting accident tree is established in this paper, takes the coal smut blasting accident as an example, brings forward that the primary cause what lead smut blasting accident is assembling abundant smut, avoiding smut equipment and resulting in fire because of worker＇ s peccancy so that the preventing smut blasting accident are brought forward.
