摘要
对高大建筑进行大轴力桩基托换后再截桩进行重叠隧道施工在国内尚属首例,施工中不仅要保证桩基托换过程中建筑物的安全与稳定,还要控制下方隧道穿越过程中托换桩与结构柱的沉降,确保结构稳定。本文对重叠隧道施工对桩基托换区沉降影响进行分析,旨在说明两者在施工中的关系及桩基托换和重叠隧道施工技术在施工实践的成功应用,以期参考。
It is the first time in China that the construction of the overlapped tunnels is executed after the pile foundations of a large building with large axial forces are underpinned and cut. It is not only necessary to ensure the safety and stability of the building during the underpinning construction, but also necessary to control the settlement of the underpinning piles and the structural columns during the construction of the underneath tunnels, so that the structural stability can be guaranteed. In this article, the settlement effect of the pile foundation underpinning area induced by the construction of the overlapped tunnels is analyzed so that the correlation between the settlement effect and the construction of the overlapped tunnels can be described and the underpinning construction and the overlapped tunnel construction can be introduced, so as to provide reference for the future.
