引进香料——迷迭香抗氧化活性的研究 被引量:11

摘要 研究了天然植物香料迷迭香叶有效成分的提取及其抗氧化活性.在对云南、广西、贵州三地迷迭香与常用合成抗氧化剂BHT的抗氧化活性进行比较时发现,贵州产迷迭香叶石油醚提取物强于云南及广西.通过索氏抽提法依次用石油醚、氯仿、乙醇提取迷迭香原叶.利用硅胶柱层析技术,分离经脂质氧化测定仪(OSI)测定具有抗氧化活性的石油醚及氯仿提取物,得到迷迭香抗氧化有效成分.通过紫外、质谱、核磁共振检测,判断分离得到的是迷迭香酚、鼠尾草酚和一个黄酮化合物.贵州产迷迭香叶溶剂提取率为:石油醚9.7%,氯仿4.2%,乙醇18.9%.三地产迷迭香石油醚提取物的抗氧化活性均强于BHT.贵州产迷迭香氯仿提取物有抗氧化活性,但略差于BHT.在高温100℃时比较迷迭香酚、鼠尾草酚、BHA、BHT和TBHQ的抗氧化活性,它们的抗氧化性依迷迭香酚≈鼠尾草酚>TBHQ>BHA>5-羟基-7,4’-二甲氧基黄酮>BHT>空白的顺序依次降低. Antioxidant components of rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis L. ) were separated from leaves and their antioxidant activity was investigated. Rosemary leaves from Yunnan, (guangxi, and Guizhou Provinces have strong antioxidant activity compared with synthetic antioxidant BHT. Antioxidant activity of petroleum ether extracted from Guizhou rosemary leaves is stronger than those from Yunnan and Guangxi. Dry leaf powder was extracted with petroleum ether, the residue was then extracted with chloroform (CHC13), and the remainder extracted with ethanol by Soxhlet method. Antioxidant activity of the extracts was determined by OSI. Silica gel column was used to separate the extracts to get crystals with antioxidant activity. Rosmanol, camosol, and flavone were identified by MS, NMR, IR, and UV spectra. Petroleum ether extract from rosemary leaves from three different provinces all have stronger antioxidant activity than BHT. The chloroform extract, from Guizhou rosemary has antioxidant activity, but is a little weaker than BHT. Rosmanol and camosol have stronger antioxidant activity than BHA, BHT, and TBHQ at 100℃. Their antioxidant activity decreases in the following order: Rosmanol ≈ Carnosol 〉 TBHQ 〉 BHA 〉 5-hydroxy-7,4' -dimethoxy flavone 〉 BHT 〉 Control.
