摘要
WebService和CORBA是支持CSCW的两种主流的分布式技术。结合CSCW支持的CAD系统实例讨论了CORBA和WebService的体系结构和应用模型。对两项技术的对比表明,CORBA更适宜于追求实时性和可控性但网络环境单纯的应用,而WebService则更适宜于网络环境复杂但实时性和可控性要求不高的应用。
Web Service and CORBA were two kinds of mainstream distributed technologies that support CSCW. System architectures and application models of both Web Service and CORBA in supporting CSCW were showed, with application instances on CAD systems. Comparison shows that CORBA is more suitable for applications with higher requirement on real-time and controllability in simple network environment, while web service is more suitable for applications with lower requirement for real-time and controllability in complicated network environment.
