摘要 通过等温吸附试验,研究了木质素对不同土壤-磷吸附作用的影响。结果表明,平衡浓度与磷吸附量能够很好地拟合Freundlich方程和Langmuir方程,其相关性均达到极显著水平,木质素能够显著降低土壤对磷的吸附固持能力,处理液中木质素浓度越高,作用越强。当木质素浓度从0.0mg·mL-1增加到4.0mg·mL-1时,土壤对磷的最大吸附量发生了显著降低,黄壤由2104.0μg·g-1降到1002.8μg·g-1,红壤由1170.3μg·g-1降到754.9μg·g-1,紫色土由418.5μg·g-1降到171.5μg·g-1。木质素能够提高磷肥在土壤中的有效性。 The effects of lignin on soil-phosphate adsorption were studied by isothermal adsorption test, and the application value of lignin in fertilizer and soil was also discussed. The results showed that the equilibrium concentration and adsorptive capacity of soil-phosphate were fitted to Freundlich equation and Langmuir equation, with significant correlation coefficients 0.872 8 and 0.711 8, respectively. The adsorptive capacity of phosphate in three types of soil was different, the highest was in yellow soil and the lowest was in purple soil. In treatment Ⅰ, the maximum of adsorptive capacity (qm) in Langmuir equation was 2 104.0μg·g^-1in yellow soil, 1 170.3μg·g^-1 in red soil, and 418.5μg·g^-1 in purple soil. Lignin could reduce the phosphate adsorptive capacity in soil, which enhanced with the concentration of lignin. When the con- centration of lignin was from 0.0 mg· mL^-1 to 4.0 mg·mL^-1, the maximum adsorptive capacity of soil-phosphate reduced obviously, fro 2 104.0μg·g^-1 to 1 002.8 μg·g^-1 in yellow soil,from 1 170.3 μg·g^-1 to 754.9 μg·g^-1 in red soil,and from 418.5 μg·g^-1 to 171.5 μg·g^-1 in purple soil. Moreover, lignin could improve the availability of phosphate in soil. As a phosphate preservative in fertilizer or an activator in soil, utilization of lignin could decrease the application rate of fertilizer, reduce the potential risk of water eutrophication caused by water loss and soil erosion, and find an effective way to control the pollution of black liquor from pulping.
