摘要
电液力矩伺服控制系统常用于电液负载模拟器(EHLS)以模拟航空动力铰链力矩,从而实现对目标的动态加载。由于系统存在不确定性和非线性因素,影响了系统的控制性能和稳定性。本文通过对电液负载模拟器系统模型的分析,详细论述了造成系统不确定性的原因。同时针对参数不确定性、模型不确定性及强外干扰产生的不确定性进行了仿真研究。仿真结果明确了各种不确定性对该类系统的影响程度,为采用相应的控制策略以消除多余力矩、提高系统性能提供了理论依据。
In order to replicate aerodynamic hinge moment in electrohydraulic load simulator (EHLS), the torque servo system is used to control in dynamic loading. But system uncertainties affect control performances of EHLS. By analysis of system model, the factors which result in system uncertainties were presented. Simulation research was made for the effect extent of various uncertainties in the presence of parameter uncertainty, system model uncertainty and fierce disturbance, which provides theoretical base for using control methods to eliminate surplus torque and improve system performances.
