摘要 提出了采用电容层析成像技术(ECT)监测粮仓中粮食水分分布的方法,对所提方法的可行性进行了研究,得到了仿真意义下的研究成果.以玉米作为仿真监测对象的结果表明,利用ECT技术可以对粮仓中粮食水分分布进行监测,特别是对异常含水区域出现的监测.含水率的检测分辨率可达0.5%,空间分辨率为0.13%.提出了利用重建图像的形心点坐标对粮食水分异常区域进行定位的方法.同时,对所成图像的灰度值与含水玉米的等效介电常数之间的关系进行了回归分析,以期由所成图像的灰度值预报粮食含水量. A new method based on electrical capacitance tomography (ECF) was proposed to monitor the moisture distribution of grain in a concrete barn with its feasibility studied. The simulation results with corn as example showed that the proposed method is available to monitor the moisture content with a resolution 0.5% and a spatial resolution 0.13%. The abnormal moisture part of the grain stored could be monitored the way the part was localized at the coordinate of center of figure of the reconstructed images. A regression and analysis was therefore done for the relationship between the grey level of images and the equivalent dielectric constant of moisture-bearing corn so as to predict its moisture content by the grey level of images reconstructed.
