摘要
为了减少大模数齿轮在大型专用滚齿机加工中费用,采用大型普通的数控铣床加工。通过对大模数齿轮加工工艺分析,程序的数学模型建立,插补坐标计算,设计出大模数齿轮数控加工参数化自动编程软件。该软件具有虚拟制造的齿形设计、加工仿真,生成并保存G代码,与数控机床远程通信等功能。用户使用该软件在大型普通的数控铣床加工大模数齿轮可减少编程时间,提高生产率、优良品率和加工精度。
To decrease process charge, we can use CNC milling machine instead of hobbing machine for machining big module gear. By means of analysis of processing craft and constructing the math model of processing program and coordinates calculating, the automatically programming software in CNC machining processing which has the all-parameters has been developed in this paper. It can draw the figure of the gear profile, simulate the processing, transform the program into G code and save it, and communicate with NC machine tool in VM. The consumers used it might decrease program time and improve productivity, quality and process precision.
