摘要
研究了金属离子对氧氟沙星紫外光谱的影响及反应条件.结果表明,在pH3.5~4.9的NaAc—HAc缓冲溶液中,铝离子对氧氟沙星吸光度有显著增敏作用.Al—OFLX体系的测定波长λmax=292nm,线性范围为0.2~38.7μg/mL;回归方程为Y=0.0069+0.09438C(C=μg/mL),r=0.9998;检出限为3.5×10^-2μg/mL.据此建立了测定药物制剂中氧氟沙星含量的铝敏化紫外分光光度法.方法灵敏、操作简便,用于药物制剂中氧氟沙星的分析测定,回收率在95%~105%之间,结果令人满意.
The ultraviolet spectrophotometric characteristics of ofloxacin in the presence of Al( Ⅲ ) and the condition of the reaction of ofloxacin with Al( Ⅲ ) were studied. The experiments indicated that in pH 3. 5~4. 9 NaAc-HAc medium,Al( Ⅲ ) could greatly enhance the absorption intensity of ofloxacin. The maximum absorption wavelength was 292 nm,and the linear range was 0. 2~38. 7μg/mL for ofloxacin. The regression equation was Y= 0. 0069+ 0.09438C (C=μg/ mL, r=0. 9998) with the detection limit of 3. 5 × 10^-2μg/mL. This method has been successfully applied to the determination of ofloxacin in tablets.
