摘要
在CaO基精炼渣中分别加入Li2O代替等量CaO和加入B2O3代替等量CaF2进行改质,对改质后精炼渣进行熔化性能和脱硫性能的实验研究。结果表明Li2O显著增强精炼渣的脱硫能力,当Li2O含量大于7.5%时,提高脱硫率ηS至90%以上。而B2O3对精炼渣的脱硫率无明显影响,但可取代CaF2作为助熔剂加入,以减缓氟对耐材的浸蚀和对环境的影响。
The Li2O and B2O3 were added into the CaO-based slags to replace the same amount of CaO and CaF2 for the slag improvement, and the experiments of desulphurization and remelt property were carried out by the improved slags. The addition of Li2O could increase the desulphurization ability of the refining slags. When the content of Li2O was more than 7.5 %, the desulphurization rate "r/s was more than 90 %. But the addition of B2 03 had no influence on ηs, it could be added instead of CaF2 as the flux to slow the refractory corrosion and the environment influence caused by fluorine.
