摘要
目的探讨氯化镧对口腔内8种致病细菌的抑制作用。方法液体稀释法进行药敏实验,测定氯化镧对口腔内8种致病菌的MIC与MBC并以常用抗菌药作对照,在液体稀释法中加入噻唑蓝,辅助测定MIC。结果氯化镧对口腔内8种致病菌有不同程度的抑制作用,其中对牙龈卟啉单胞菌、具核梭杆菌、溶血性链球菌及变形链球菌较敏感(MIC1533μg/ml)。引入噻唑蓝所得MIC结果更客观。结论氯化镧对口腔内8种致病菌有程度不同的抑制作用,噻唑蓝在药敏实验中有较好辅助作用。
Objective To determine the antimicrobial effect of lanthanum chloride ( La^+3 ) on 8 bacteria in the oral cavity. Methods Sensitive tests were carried out by the dilution method. Using the antibiotics in common use as the control group, the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) and minimal bactericidal concentration (MBC)of La^+3 on 8 bacteria in the oral cavity were determined by conventional direct observing assay and MTT assay separately. Results La^+3 can inhibit 8 oral bacteria at different levels(with MIC from 1533 to 6132μg/ml and MBC from 3055 to 12265 μg/ ml). The effects of La^+3 on Pg,Fn,S. sanguis and S. mutans were better than that on other bacteria with MIC 1533μg/ ml. The measured MIC for Gram-negative bacteria was lower than that for general Gram-positive bacteria. Conclusion Lanthanum chloride has inhibition effects on 8 bacteria in the oral cavity at different levels. It would be helpful to add MTT into dilution method for measuring antibacterial activity of drugs.
