摘要
分析了某煤粉燃烧器衬板的服役条件,针对其承受热空气和煤粉气固两相的磨料磨损,选用过共晶Cr15高铬铸铁,配以RE变质处理、定向凝固和相应的热处理工艺,取得了良好的使用效果。
Based on the working condition analysis of the coal burner lining which suffering to the abrasive wear with hot air and coal particles, the hypereutectic Cr15 high-chromium cast iron was selected. The compound inoculation process with Re alloy was introduced. Moreover, the directional solidification and relevant heat treatment were adopted, the burner lining with high wear performance was obtained.
