环形喷嘴的熔模精密铸造 被引量:2

摘要 通过对环形喷嘴的生产实践,发现对于环形复杂薄壁零件,前两层采用硅溶胶粘结剂型壳,加固层采用水玻璃粘结剂型壳,同时采用离心铸造的方式,离心机转速控制在300r/min左右,可以浇注出完整的叶片,叶片表面质量好,达到了用户的要求。 The actual production from ring nozzle in investment castings indicates that for complex ring thin-walled parts, initial two layer of solidified shell use sol silicate and enhanced layer adopts sodium silicate. Centrifugal casting at the pouring velocity within 300 r/min, meeting the requirements of the customer, can produce the ring nozzle with complete blade and good surface quality.
