摘要
为了确定凝胶体系在油藏条件下调剖的适用性,对影响凝胶长期稳定性的重要因素———脱水行为进行了系统研究。研究结果表明,黄原胶-铬凝胶体系的脱水呈一级反应动力学规律,反应速率常数随交联剂浓度的增加而增大,并随温度的升高而增大。由阿累尼乌斯(Arrhenius)关系式计算得到,黄原胶-铬凝胶体系的反应活化能为144.2kJ/mol。凝胶的脱水行为基本上不受矿化度的影响。提出了评价凝胶脱水程度的方法,即通过脱水反应活化能预测某一温度条件下凝胶的脱水程度。凝胶在一定条件下发生脱水是其固有的性质,轻微的脱水并不影响凝胶在孔隙介质中的作用。给出了脱水程度为原体积的50%、20%和10%时凝胶有效期的预测结果。
In order to determine the feasihility of a gel system under certain conditions of reservoir,the syneresis behavior that is an important factor affecting the long-term stability of gel in reservoir were studied. It is indicated that the syneresis of xanthan-chromium(Ⅲ) gel system can be described by means of first-order reaction. The reaction rate constant increases while increasing tempera ture and the concentration of initial cross linking agent. The calculation with Arrhenius equation shows that the activation energy is about 144.2 kJ/mol. The salinity has no effect on the syneresis of xanthan chromium(Ⅲ) gel system. An evaluation method for sysneresis rate of gel is presented. The syneresl.s of gel at any temperature can be predicted by means of the activation energy of syneresis reaction. Syneresis of gel under certain conditions is the inherent behavior of gel. Slight syneresis has no effect on the application of gel in the porous media. The prediction results of syneresis are given when the volumes of gel reach 50 % ,20 % and 10 % of its original volume.
