摘要
目的:探讨马拉色菌毛囊炎患者体内细胞免疫,特别是活化T细胞及其凋亡信息在发病中的作用。方法:采用流式细胞仪分别检测研究对象外周血中的CD4+T细胞、CD8+T细胞、CD8+CD28+T细胞、CD8+CD28-T细胞、CD28+淋巴细胞、CD8+CD95+T细胞、CD8+CD95-T细胞、CD4+Bcl-2-与CD4+Bcl-2+和CD8+Bcl-2-与CD8+Bcl-2+。结果:该病患者体内的CD4+T辅助细胞明显减少(P<0.001),而CD8+T细胞明显增多(P<0.001);CD28+淋巴细胞有所减少(P<0.05),但CD8+CD28-明显增多(P<0.001),有显著性差异。CD8+CD28+T细胞有所增多,但无显著性差异(P>0.05)。患者的CD8+CD95+T细胞显著增加(P<0.05)。结论:由于体内CD4+T细胞显著减少,而CD8+CD28-T细胞明显增多,降低了患者体内的免疫应答能力;同时毛囊和表皮细胞凋亡过快。
Objective: To investigate the role of cellular immtmity in the pathogenesis in the patients with malassezia folliculitis, with emphasis on activated T- lymphocytes and the expression of CD95 and Bcl - 2. Methods: CIM^+ , CD8^+ , CD28^+ , CD95^+ , CD8^+ CD28^+ , CD8^+ CIY28- , CD8^+ CD95^+ , CD8+ CD95- , CIM^+ Bcl - 2- , CIM^+ Bcl - 2^+ , CD8^5 Bcl - 2- and CD8+ Bcl - 2^+ lymphocytes were sorted out from the peripheral blood of the patients by flow cytometry, Results: In the patients with malassezia folliculitis, CD4^+ lymphocytes decreased( P 〈 0.001), while CD8^+ lymphocytes increased significantly ( P 〈 0. 001 ). CIY28^+ lymphocytes decreased ( P 〈 0. 05 ), but CD8^+ CD28- lymphocytes increased significantly(P 〈 0.001). CD8^+ and CIY28^+ lymphocytes slightly increased, with no statistically difference ( P = O. 067 〉 O. 05). CD8^+ CD95^+ lymphocytes increased ( P 〈 O. 05 ), with statistical difference. Conclusion: CD4^+ lymphocytes reduced significantly, while CD8+ lymphocytes greatly increased. The ability of immune response decreases seriously due to the inhibition of cellular immunity. Meanwhile the function of the epidermal obstruction was weakened by the increase of the apoptosis in follicles and epidermis.
