摘要 目的:通过观察Er,Cr:YSGG激光照射牙周病牙根面的组织形态学变化,探讨此激光用于牙周治疗的可行性和有效性。方法:收集中、老年人离体牙周病牙24个,手工刮治根面平整后随机平均分2组,即激光照射和患牙对照组;收集12个健康智齿作为健康对照。经处理后,3组样本分别置光镜和SEM(扫描电子显微镜)下观察。结果:第1组根面出现凹坑,其深度在牙骨质内未及牙本质;第2组根面较平坦、光镜下可见刮痕,SEM下可见玷污层,均无牙本质暴露;第3组根面洁净,光镜下见根面平坦、光滑,SEM下可见正常牙骨质凸。结论:Er,Cr:YSGG激光照射平整后的牙周病牙根面可有效去除玷污层及表层病变牙骨质,预期有利于牙周细胞再附着。此激光对于牙周病的治疗有潜在的应用价值。 AIM: To observe the histological transformation of the periodontal - diseased root surface irradiated by Er,Gr:YSGG laser. METHODS:Twenty four periodontal diseased teeth were collected and planed,randomly divided to the laser treatment group and the control group. And 12 healthy wisdom teeth were as the healthy control. The teeth were observed under optical microscope and SEM. RESULTS:The root surfaces of group 1 had craters on the root surfaces,which were limited to the cementum. The root surfaces of group 2 were even with a little scratch on the surface and no dentin exposed. The root surfaces of group 3 were smooth and even. CONCLUSION:Smear layers and infected cementum of planed root surfaces of periodontal diseased teeth can be removed effectively by Er,Gr:YSGG laser irradiation.
