高糖下调大鼠许旺细胞calpainⅡ的表达 被引量:3

High glucose down-regulates calpain Ⅱ expression in rat schwann cells

摘要 目的:观察高糖对体外培养的大鼠许旺细胞calpainⅡ表达的影响。方法:体外培养大鼠许旺细胞,用MTT检测许旺细胞的存活力,用原位杂交和免疫细胞化学方法分别测定许旺细胞calpainⅡmRNA和蛋白的表达。结果:高糖(50mmol/L)培养24h,许旺细胞存活力明显低于对照组(30mmol/L)(73·95%vs100%,P<0·01)。许旺细胞calpainⅡmRNA阳性颗粒和calpainⅡ蛋白阳性颗粒也明显少于对照组。结论:高糖培养下调许旺细胞cal-painⅡ表达。
