摘要 目的研究维生素A(VA)对碘过量小鼠甲状腺功能和抗氧化能力的影响及在高碘性甲状腺肿发病中的作用。方法将昆明种小鼠分为4组:正常对照(NI)组、高碘(HI)组、高碘补充VA1(HI+VA1)组和高碘补充VA2(HI+VA2)组,喂养90d,观察小鼠甲状腺功能和抗氧化能力。结果HI组小鼠甲状腺质量(41.75±4.53)g高于NI组(38.50±5.12)g,HI+VA1组与HI+VA2组甲状腺质量与HI组和NI组比较,差异无统计学意义;各组间T3、T4比较,差异无统计学意义;HI组、HI+VA1组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)[(130.59±38.79)kU/L、(125.40±52.01)kU/L]明显高于NI组[(99.92±19.01)kU/L],HI+VA2组SOD[(116.39±28.09)kU/L)]与NI组差异无统计学意义;HI组谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)[(1951.42±433.95)kU/L]与NI组[(2252.69±595.00)kU/L]比较,差异无统计学意义,HI+VA1组[(2482.24±601.86)kU/L]和HI+VA2组[(2490.15±409.11)kU/L]与HI组比较差异有统计学意义。结论高碘可以造成小鼠甲状腺肿大及抗氧化能力变化,补充适量的VA可以部分拮抗高碘造成的影响。 Objective To study the effect of vitamin A on thyroid function and antioxidative ability of mice taking excessive iodine. Methods Kunming mice were divided into 4 groups: normal control (NI) group, high iodine (HI) group, high iodine plus vitamin A 1 (HI + VA 1 ) group and high iodine plus vitamin A 2 (HI + VA 2) group. After 90days, thyroid hormones and antioxidative ability were measured. Results Compared with NI group [(38.50 ± 5.12)g] ,the weight of thyroid increased in HI group being (41.75 ± 4.53)g. No remarkable differences of thyroid hormones existed in all groups. The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in HI group and HI + VA 1 group[ (130.59 ± 38.79)kU/L, (125.40 ± 52.01 )kU/L]were higher than that of NI group[ (99.92 ± 19.01 ) kU/L] significantly. The activity of SOD in HI + VA 2 group[ (116.39 ± 28.09)kU/L] was not remarkably different from that of NI group. The activity of glutathione transferrase (GSH-Px)in HI group [ (1 951.42 + 433.95 )kU/L] was not remarkably different from that of NI group[ (2 252.69 ± 595.00)kU/L]. The activity of GSH-Px in HI + VA 1 group[ (2 482.24 ± 601.86)kU/L] and HI + VA 2 group[ (2 490.15 ± 409.11 )kU/L]were higher than that of HI group significantly. Conclusions Iodine excess may result in goiter and the change of antioxidative ability of mice, which can be partially ameliorated by vitamin A.
