硅砖中α-方石英的晶体结构与形貌 被引量:11

摘要 利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪研究了几种不同状态硅砖的晶体形貌和晶格常数。结果表明:经1350℃煅烧72h,1450℃再煅烧3h的块状结晶石英岩,70%的石英已转化为微晶方石英。1430~1450℃经48~72h烧成未用的硅砖主相为鱗石英和方石英,并有少量残留石英。经<1250℃使用15年的硅砖主相为鱗石英和方石英,已不见残存石英。经1550~1600℃使用3年的硅砖的稳定相只有α方石英,其晶格常数为:a0=0.49695nm;c0=0.69250nm,形成的方石英都具有标准的晶格构造,粒状酷似八面体的四方双锥,未见正三角形晶粒。 The crystalline morphology and lattice constants of silica bricks in several status were investigated by the optic microscope, scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction. The results show that for the bulk crystalline quartzite, sintered at 1 450℃ for 3 h after 1 350℃ for 72 h, the 70% of quartz transforms into micro-crystalline cristobalite. The phase components of unused silica brick, which is sintered in 1 430-1 450℃ for 48-72 h, are mainly the tridymite and cristobalite with small amount of remainder quartz. The phase components of silica brick used under 〈1 250℃ for 15 years are also mainly the tridymite and cristobalite, but the remainder quartz disappeared. Alpha -cristobalite are the only stable phase in the silica brick which has been used 3 years under 1 550-1 600℃, its lattice constants are: a0 = 0.496 95 nm; c0 = 0.692 50 nm. These crystalline grains of cristobalite formed all have standard crystal constants, and their morphology exactly liked the tetragonal bipyramid, no ortho-triangular grain appeared.
