摘要
社会转型使职工体育从宏观到微观都产生一系列的分化与整合。运用组织理论、社会学理论对国有企事业单位职工体育结构进行了分析,表述了产生分化的内外部原因、分化的趋向和体育社团组织、政府职能机构、社会组织和企业之间的关系,进而提出适合社会主义市场经济的整合思路与方法。
The workers' physical cultures, both macro-and micro-cosmically, have gone through a series of division and conformity during the transitional period. This paper, based on a detailed analysis of both organizational and sociological theories, presents reasons for and tendencies of its' division, and relationships among physical mass organization, government organs, social groups and enterprises as well. Moreover, thoughts and methods of conformity suiting socialist market economy have also been nuts forward for consideration.
