摘要
运用“二次饱和D-最优设计”方法,使用2.4-D、IBA、6-BA 3种激素配合,对核桃芽接砧木进行涂干、喷叶2种处理,分别建立了砧木处理方法的嫁接成活率与激素因子的回归数学模型,采用多元函数求极大值的方法得出涂干、喷叶2种砧木激素处理的最优配方。
By using the method of "twice saturation D-superior design", we plastered the branches and sprayed the leaves of walnut bad on the stock with the combination of three hormones; 2, 4-D, IBA, 6-BA. Regression mathematical models are established respectively of walnut transplant survival rate and of hormone factors for handling the stock this way. A superior formulation for plastering branches and spraying leaves during the handling of stocks and hormones is made by the maximum diverse function.
