摘要
目的 研究Fas和FasL、PCNA在视网膜母细胞瘤的表达及其意义。方法 对36例视网膜母细胞瘤标本采用免疫组织化学方法观察Fas、FasL和PCNA表达水平。结果 36例标本,Fas、FasL蛋白表达在细胞质,PCNA表达在细胞核。Fas在分化型中阳性表达为0.255±0.432,在未分化型阳性表达为0.276±0.541,时照组为0.183±0.238;Fas阳性表达率在分化型与未分化型之间比较差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。FasL阳性表达在分化型中为3.102±0.897,在未分化型为3.538±0.646,在对照组为2.803±0.238;FasL阳性表达率在分化型与未分化型之间比较差异无显著性(P〉0.05),与对照组比较无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。PCNA阳性表达率在分化型为1.176±0.398,在未分化型为2.702±1.082,在时照组为0.176±0.289;PCNA阳性表达率在分化型与未分化型之间比较差异有显著性(P〈0.05),与对照组比较有显著性差异(P〈0.01)。结论 Fas在视网膜母细胞瘤及正常视网膜组织中均呈低表达,而FasL在视网膜母细胞瘤厦正常视网膜组织中均呈高表达,PCNA在视网膜母细胞瘤的发生和发展过程中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the correlation of Fas, FasL and proliferating cell nuclear (PCNA) in retinoblastoma Methods Immunohistochemical stain was used to detemine the expression of the Fas, FasL and PCNA in 36 eases of retinoblastoma. Results The positive expression of Fas, FasL in retinoblastoma was on cytoplasm, but the positive expression of PCNA was on cell nucleus. Positive expression rates of the Fas, FasL were 0. 255 ±0.432, 3. 102±0. 897 on differentiated type in retinoblastoma, and those were 0. 276±0. 541, 3.538± 0.646 on undifferentiated type, 0. 183 ±0.238, 2.803±0.238 in control group. There was an insignificant different histopathological grades among differentiated type, undifferentiated type and control group ( P 〉 0.05). Positive expression rotes of the PCNA were 1. 176 ±0. 398 on differentiated type in retinoblastoma, 2.702 ±1.082 on undifferentiated type, 0. 176 ±0. 289 in control group. There was a significant different histopathological grades among differentiated type, undifferentiated type and control group ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusions Positive expression of Fas is low on differentiated type, undifferentiated type in retinoblastoma and control group. Positive expression of FasL is high on differentiated type, undifferentiated type in retinoblastoma and control group. It is concluded that PCNA play an important role in the genesis and progression of retinoblastoma.
