摘要
目的:测定肺气虚证模型大鼠血清细胞间粘附因子(ICAM1)、白介素8(IL8)的水平,探讨ICAM1、IL8在肺气虚证发病中的意义。方法:采用慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)模型大鼠的造模方法建立肺气虚证大鼠模型,经鼻腔注入肺炎克雷伯杆菌反复感染造模。采用ELISA测定血清ICAM1、IL8的水平。结果:肺气虚证模型组ICAM1、IL8水平均显著高于正常组(P<0.01)。结论:ICAM1、IL8可能趋化和介导中性粒细胞参与了肺气虚证慢性气道炎症反应,在肺气虚证的发病机制中有着重要意义。
Objective: To observe the effects of the changes of cytokine on the escherihia colic pneumonia in order to provide basis for the explanation of the mechanisms of pulmonary qi deficiency syndrome. Method: According to the principle of random,24 Wistar rats (male) were divided into control group (CG), model group (MG), model group was established by repeatedly intranasal infecting of klebsieUa pneumoniae twice a week. ICAM-1 and IL-8 in serum of two groups were measured by ELISA. Result: The level of serum ICAM-1 and IL-8 of MG was higher than that of CG significantly ( P 〈 0.01 ).Conclusion: ICAM-1, IL-8 might involve in the pathology of pulmonary qi deficiency and play an impotant role in the pathogenitic process of pulmonary qi deficiency syndrome by activating poly morpho nuclear leukocyte.
