摘要
为研究金银花扦插育苗技术,选择了不同类型的金银花穗条并对穗条进行了不同激素和不同浸枝时间处理。结果表明,选用2年生4 mm粗无叶穗条最为理想;使用激素IBA效果最好;使用100 m g/L的IBA浸枝30 m in穗条成活率及单株生物量最高,切口愈合期最短;用75 m g/L的NAA浸枝40 m in也可达到同样的效果。
A cuttage experiment was carried out in order to study the technology of cuttage and propagation of Japanese honeysuckle (Lonicera japonica) by chose different cutting woods and soaked them with hormone. 4 mm thickness leafless cutting woods takn from 2-year-old honeysuckle plants survived most readily. IBA was the best hormone for Japanese honeysuckle (L. japanica) cuttage. Soaking of the cutting woods with IBA 100 mg/L 30 rain gave the highest survival rate, most biomass and shortest cicatrizing date. Treatments with NAA 75 mg/L 40 min gave the same results.
