摘要
中国的家电企业要在日趋个性化和多样化的市场条件下和激烈的全球市场竞争的环境中求得生存和发展,采用大规模定制生产模式是必然的选择。本文介绍了修饰型大规模定制、适应型大规模定制、洞悉型大规模定制和合作型大规模定制四种模式,提出只有综合运用这四种大规模定制生产模式,准确地响应消费需求,中国家电企业才能形成国际竞争力。
With the individuation and diversification of the consurners’ demands, Chinese home appliances enterprises; should adopt a new mode-mass customization mode-to suirvive and make progress in the cruel global market. There are four kinds of mass customization modes: cosmetic, adaptive, transparent and collaborative mass customization modes, Only using these modes syntheticaliy then Chinese home appliance enterprises can respond to tile consumers' demands accurately and build up competitive ability in the international market.
