摘要
搜集国内外黄瓜嫁接砧木资源108份,对其抗南方根结线虫能力进行鉴定,筛选抗或耐南方根结线虫的砧木品种,探讨用抗根结线虫的瓜类野生种作砧木的可能性。结果表明,以野生瓜棘瓜为砧木的黄瓜嫁接苗在嫁接亲和性、抗南方根结线虫能力、产量、株高和果实品质等方面,优于目前生产上大面积推广的以黑籽南瓜和火凤凰为砧木的黄瓜嫁接苗。
One hundred and eight kinds of rootstocks used for cucumber grafting were collected from home and abroad and their resistance to southern root-knot nematode (Meloidogyne incognita) were identified. The objective was to screen rootstock varieties that were tolerant or resistant to nematode and explore the possibility of using resistant wild materials as rootstock and compare the differences between self-rooted cucumber plants and bur cucumber (Sicyos angulatus L. ), black seed pumpkin and white seed pumpkin grafted cucumber cuhivars. The results showed that cucumber plants grafted on southern root-knot nematode resistant bur cucumber had little effect on plant height and fruit flavor. Moreover, the grafting affinity, nematode resistance property and yield were higber than that plants grafted on black seed pumpkin rootstocks and self-rooted plants.
