摘要
拮抗菌L-1-6是从辣椒果实表面附生微生物中分离筛选出的对番茄早疫病(Alternaria solani)有拮抗作用的酵母菌;拮抗菌H-2是从李果实表面附生微生物中分离筛选出的对番茄根霉果腐病(Rhizopus nigricans)有拮抗作用的酵母菌。用浓度为1.0×106cfu·mL-1的拮抗菌悬浮液浸泡绿熟期海粉901果实2min,常温贮藏20d,结果表明,拮抗菌L-1-6和H-2悬浮液分别处理番茄果实均能延迟病害发生,分别降低腐烂率40.0%和18.3%,降低失水率0.56%和0.53%,降低总损耗43.2%和21.4%。等体积混合浓度为1.0×106cfu·mL-1的拮抗菌L-1-6+H-2悬浮液处理果实,表现为增加腐烂的发生。用两种拮抗菌悬浮液分别处理番茄果实对果实营养成分含量和感官品质没有不良影响。
The antagonist L - 1 - 6, a yeast screened from the surface epiphytes of capsicum fruit was effective in controlling early blight caused by Alternaria solani. While antagonist H - 2, another yeast screened from the surface epiphytes of plum fruit was effective in controlling root rot caused by Rhizopus nigrieans. Haifen 901, a common tomato cultivar, fruits harvested at the green mature stage were dipped in antagonistic suspension at the concentration of 1.0 - 106cfu· mL^-1 for 2 rain, then stored for 20 days at room temperature. The results showed that both L - 1 - 6 and H - 2 could delay the occurrence of tomato fruit diseases. The rot percentage was decreased by 40.0 % and 18.3 %, the dehydration rate was decreased by 0.56 % and 0.53 % ,the total loss was decreased by 43.2 % and 21.4 % ,respectively. However,the equivalent volume mixture of L - 1 - 6 and H - 2 suspension at concentration of 1.0 × 10^6 cfu · mL^- 1 could increase the occurrence of fruit rot. Each of the antagonist had no effect on the nutrient components and edible quality of tomato fruits.
