摘要 本试验研究了不同Cd浓度下两种白菜叶的POD(过氧化物酶)、PPO(多酚氧化酶)及SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)的活性变化。结果表明:两种白菜PPO活性总体上随Cd浓度的增大呈上升趋势;其SOD活性随Cd浓度的增大表现先上升后下降的特点,在Cd浓度为10m g/kg时出现高峰;翠宝(C)的POD活性整体上为增加趋势,但青帮(Q)POD活性与其SOD的变化趋势类似。在一定范围内三种酶呈现不同程度的保护作用,这说明在一定程度上PPO、POD、SOD活性的提高与维持是植物耐Cd胁迫的重要因素。 The activity change of peroxidase(POD), polyphenoloxidase(PPO) and superoxidedismutase(SOD) in leaves of two varieties of pakchoi was studied by applied different Cd concentration. The results indicated that the activity of PPO of two varieties of pakchoi had an increasing trend with the increasing of Cd concentration ; but that of SOD increased firstly and then decreased, and had a peak while the concentration of Cd was 10mg/kg. The activity of POD of Cuibao(C) showed an increasing trend as a whole, and that of Qingbang(Q) was similar to the change of SOD. Three enzymes showed a different protect function to some degree in a certain range,it showed that the increasing and sustaining of PPO, POD and SOD activities were important factors on resistance to Cd stress of plant to some extend.
