摘要
为了解外观健康家犬携带狂犬病病毒的状况,采用RT-PCR方法对广西13个城市外观健康家犬的脑组织进行了检测,结果阳性率为1.76%(5/283),证明广西外观健康家犬在一定程度上存在带毒现象。
In order to study the situation of rabies virus carried by domestic dogs with healthy appearance, 283 brains of domestic dogs from 13 cities in Guangxi were collected and detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR）. The results showed that the positive rate was 1.76% （5/283） and the ravies viruses existed in the domestic dogs with healthy appearance in Guangxi to some extent.
