摘要
通过选择性富集培养,从沈抚灌区石油污染土壤中分离到1株菲降解细菌L2,该菌株能以菲为唯一碳源和能源生长。通过对L2菌株培养条件优化,确定其最佳培养条件为pH值7.0,7.2。温度28~30℃,150ml容积三角瓶装液量50ml。并测定了12菌株对不同浓度菲的降解率,结果表明,在培养7d后L2菌株对培养基中浓度为50、100、150mg/ml的菲的降解率分别为100%、96.4%和97.4%。
A phenanthrene-degrading strain L2 was isolated from oil-contamited soil in Shenfu irrigation area by selective enrichment culture. The strain was able to grow on phenanthrene as a sole carbon and energy source for growth, it was suggested that the optimization of culture condition was: pH 7.0 - 7.2,28 - 30℃, 50 ml inventory/150 ml flask. Meanwhile, the degradation rate of phenanthrene under different phcnanthrene concentrations was determined. It was shown that after 7 days of cultivation, the degradation rate under phenanthrene concentrations of 50 mg/ml, 100 mg/ml, 150 mg/ml were 100% .96.4% and 97.4% respectively.
