摘要
采用完全随机设计,通过设置除草剂单嘧磺隆2254、506、75 g/hm23个浓度,研究其对谷子营养价值的影响。结果表明,随着喷药浓度的增加,谷子的粗脂肪含量显著降低,谷子总淀粉、直链淀粉、支链淀粉及氨基酸含量增加,但都低于对照。合理的喷药浓度为450g/hm2,可以改善谷子田间生长环境,相对提高谷子的营养价值。
In this completely random design, the effect of different concentrations of Monosulfuron (225,450 and 675 g/hm^2) on millet nutritive value was studied. The main results were as follows: with the increase of herbicide concentration, the content of ether extract(EE) increased significantly, but they were lower than CK. It could improve growing conditions and improve nutritive value of millet through spraying herbicide of appropriate concentration (450 g/hm^2 in this experiment ).
