摘要
文章通过内耗的测量研究了锌铝共析合金中黏弹性-滞弹性的转变;采用阶梯变温的方法研究了锌铝共析合金的内耗-频率谱;运用不同的力学模型对实验现象进行了理论解释;随着测量温度的不同,材料的内耗表现出不同的频率依赖性。研究表明,当内耗测量频率趋于零时,-60℃为材料黏弹性-滞弹性的转变点。
The viscoelasticity-anelasticity transition in the Zn-Al eutectoid alloy is investigated by measuring the internal friction(IF). The IF of the Zn-Al eutectoid alloy was measured using a multifunction internal friction apparatus(MFIFA) at low frequencies in a temperature range of -100450 ℃ as the temperature changed step by step. In the IF-frequency spectrum, the IF shows different frequency dependence as the temperature changed. These phenomena are interpreted by different mechanical models. It is found that at the temperature -60 ℃,the Zn-AI eutectoid alloy achieves viscoelasticity anelasticity transition when the measuring frequency is close to zero.
