摘要
通过离子交换色谱对新配不浸酸铬鞣液和存放6 h不浸酸铬鞣液进行电荷及光谱分析,实验结果表明:铬鞣液在存放初期主要为中性或阴性配合物,在存放过程中,阳铬配合物增多,但仍只是简单的单点配聚,鞣性较小。不浸酸铬鞣液新配或存放6 h,其R值不同,分别为0.862和0.89。根据鞣液的电荷性质及光谱特征,推测了鞣液可能的组份和结构。
The charge and spectrum characteristic of new prepared and six-hour-stored no-pickling chrome tanning solution were analyzed through ion exchange chromatography, and the possible composition and structure of the tanning solution was conjectured. Results show that the tanning liquor contains mainly negative and neutral complexes at the beginning of storage. After six hours of storage, there are a few positive complexes which are just single-point complexes and have little tanning property. Concerning the R value, the new prepared tanning liquor is 0. 862 and the six-hour-stored is 0. 891.
