摘要
采用常规趋势预测法研究武汉市各水平年各方案下的水资源承载能力。研究表明,总体上武汉市的人口发展速度未超过水资源的承载能力,有较大的缓冲余地,人口和水资源的关系呈可持续发展,但在个别地区出现了恶性发展的趋势。要满足经济高增长的发展,并使人水关系长期处于可持续发展状态,有必要对武汉市的水资源开发利用采取相应的对策。
According to concept of sustainable development,by using routine prediction method,the water resources carrying capacity(WRCC) of Wuhan city under four schemes are calculated.Accordingly,WRCC for each scheme and year of Wuhan are obtained.Results show that,in general,the growth rate of population of Wuhan does not exceed its WRCC.There is still a space allowing growth in population.The relation of population and water resources is sustainable.However,with the rapid development of economy and society,this relation won't be held for ever.Therefore,it is necessary to adopt related countermeasures for developing and utilizing water resources of Wuhan,as the purpose of meeting the needs of high economy development of every district in Wuhan,and keeping the relation of humans and water resources sustainable developing in a long term.
