摘要
针对被控对象存在的大惯性、纯滞后的特点,采用模糊控制与PID控制方式相结合的控制策略,设计了一种高精度温度控制算法,并以ATMELAT89C15单片机为核心,实现了该控制方案.本控制方法在电阻炉温度控制系统的应用中,取得了良好的效果.
According to the characteristics of great inertia combination of fuzzy and PID control, is employed to design algorithm with the chip of ATMELAT89C15 as the key part and pure lag of controlled objects, a control strategy, in high precision automatic temperature controlling (ATC) , and the controlling method is realized. The application of this scheme in the resistance stove system achieves good effects
