摘要
针对精密测试转台在转动状态下,鉴相式测角系统准确获取角度的关键技术问题,研究了定时测角和定角计时两种工作方式,提出了基于相敏解调原理的间接测角方法,解决了转台在高速状态下速率精度和平稳性的精密测试问题,经长期使用验证该方法稳定可靠,满足精密测试转台的需求.
It is a key problem to obtain an exac~ measure of a rotational angle of a precision testing turntable during turning state using the phase-detected angular measuring system. This paper studies two angular measuring methods, timing angular measuring and fixed angular counting time. Based on the principle of a phase sensitive demodulation, this paper proposes a phase sensitive demodulation angular measuring method at the dynamic. The precision measuring problem of the velocity precision and stationarity of the testing turntable at high speed state is solved. It is verified over a long period of time using the angular measuring system, which has the features of high precision, stability and credibility and satisfies completely the requirements of the high precision testing tumtable.
