污水厂污泥堆肥前后养分及重金属的变化 被引量:10

摘要 以污泥、稻草、木屑为材料,研究了堆肥及添加粉煤灰、磷肥、石灰等添加剂对污泥堆肥中养分全氮、全磷、全钾和重金属的影响。结果表明,污泥经堆制后全氮含量降低,全磷、全钾含量增加,而加磷肥则具有较好的保氮效果;对于重金属,经堆肥后其活性均有所降低,加入石灰提高了污泥的pH使重金属元素向无机态转化,钝化重金属的活性;酸浸出实验中,样品锌、镉、铬的浸出率受pH的影响较大,而铜和铅受pH值的影响小。由此可见,堆肥处理可以在一定程度上降低重金属活性并保持养分,从而达到农业利用的目的。 The trend in total contents of N, P, K and heavy metals in sludge composting of using different bulking agents had been analyzed.A series of composting tests Were investigated.to study the effect of N P K and heavy metals including dec straw,sawdust, coal fiyin ash, phosphate and limestone to the status of heavy metals through composting.The result shows obviously that suldge composting can increase stability of the total heavy metals but the total contents of P and K increased continuously after composting .Acid extraction showed that :the extraction of Zn, Cd, Cr have not effect on different pH, but Cu and Pb do. Composting of medicine sludge can degrade the active of heavy metals to a great extent and ,thus, it can be Safely recycled in agricultural land.
