摘要
酸洗数学模型可提高酸洗效率,既能防止带钢欠酸洗,又能把过酸洗控制到最低程度。主要有两个控制点,即酸罐中的酸液温度和决定于喷嘴压力或流量的酸液紊流值,酸洗温度是最佳带钢速度的一个函数(θVopt),紊流又是酸洗温度的一个函数p()θ。最佳的控制策略是仅用温度控制酸洗过程。
The pickling mathematical model can improve the pickling efficiency. It can not only prevent the strip under-pickling, but also control the over-pickling to the lowest degree. It has two control point, one is the acid temperature in the tank and the other is the turbulence which depended by the spraying pressure or flowing. The pickling temperature is a function to the best'strip speed θ (Vopt) and the turbulence is a function to the pickling temperature p(θ). The best control strategy is using temperature to control the pickling process.
