摘要
以氯化镁和氨水为原料,加入聚乙二醇(PEG)作为分散剂,利用直接沉淀法合成了纳米级、薄片状、粒度均匀且分散性好的氢氧化镁.考察了反应温度、反应时间、M gC l2浓度、NH3.H2O浓度、反应物配比对氢氧化镁颗粒粒径的影响,并采用透射电镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)对颗粒结构进行表征.
Nanometer-leveled and flake-shaped magnesium hydroxide, with even particle size and fine dispersion,is synthesized by use of direct precipitationmethod. Magnesium chloride anti ammonia are used as raw materials and PEG as dispersant. Effects of reaction temperature, rcaction time, concentration of magnesium chloride and ammonia, and reactant mol ratio on the particle size are studied. Morphological structure of the particle is characterized by means of transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD).
