摘要
统计了2005年11-12月国内发生的各种安全事故535起,包括矿业事故、交通事故、爆炸事故、火灾、毒物泄露和中毒及其他事故。统计表明,在这些事故中,矿业事故最多,占53.83%,平均每天4.7起事故,其次是交通事故(34.77%)、爆炸事故(3.93%)、其他事故(3.18%)、火灾(2.43%)、毒物泄露和中毒(1.87%)。535起事故共死亡1881人,伤1220人,死亡人数的百分比分别为矿业事故43.22%、交通事故41.20%、火灾5.05%、爆炸事故4.84%、其他事故4.04%、泄露中毒1.65%;受伤人数的百分比分别为交通事故63.36%、矿业事故15.82%、火灾10.08%、爆炸事故6.39%、其他事故2.70%、泄露中毒1.64%。
The present paper reports the statistical data and analysis of industrial accidents in China during the period from November to December in 2005. There are 535 accidents in total, which can be summarized and classified into six categories: mining industry, traffic, explosion, leakage and poisoning, fire., and the others. Of all the 535 accidents, the percentages of the six categories can be illustrated aecording to their frequency order 53.83%, 34.77%, 3.93%, 1.87%, 2.43%, and 3.18% respectively. The total casualty is 1881 and the percentages for the six categories are 43.22%, 41.20%, 4.84%, 1.65%, 5.05%, and 4.04% respectivcly. The mmber of the woundcd is 1 220 and the percentages for the six categories are 15.82%, 63.36%, 6.39%, 1.64%, 10.08%, and 2.70% respectively. The analyses of the statistics show that the lop ten provinces and cities with the highest accident number are: Sichuan (76 accidents), Hunan (47), Heilorrgjiang (M), Shaanxi(33), Chongqing(32), Guizhou(30), Anhui(27), Jilin ( 24 ), Xinjang Uygur Autonomous Region ( 20 ), and Fujian ( 19). The top ten provinces and cities with the largest Casualty number are: Hcilongjiang(212 dead), Hebei(206), Sichuac 177), Guizhou(145), Shaanxi(85), the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region (84), Hunan (78), Xinjang Uygur Autonomous Regoin(72), Jilin(71 ), and Guangdong(67). And the top ten provinces and cities with the biggest wotmded number: Guizhou( 128 wotmded), Jilin (126), Guangxi Zhnang Autonomous Region ( 105 ), Sichuan (96), Xinjang Uygur Autonomous Region (70), Yunnan (66), Zhejiang (54), Shanxi(41), Tibet Autonomous Region(40), and Chongqing (38).
