摘要
本文阐明计算机辅助工艺规划(CAPP)中一种新的数据模型,构造和表达一般性工艺规划进程.工艺规划数据模型包括产品模型和方法模型两个部分.产品模型表达产品在机械加工过程中的各个状态;方法模型描述对产品进行加工的工艺方法和操作顺序.在模型内,产品信息驱动方法模型,工艺方法对产品数据进行操作,产品、工艺方法、制造手段构成为有机的关联体.模型具有广泛的适应性,能表达一般机械产品的工艺规划,应用于CAD/CAPP/CAM系统中的数据共享,实现产品数据的集成.
This paper describes a new data model of CAPP(Computer-Aided Process Planning). It consists of two components: product model and method model.Product model expresses all process states of product. Method model is about process methods and process constructs. In CAPP data model, product information drivers method model, and method modifies product data. And so, the relationship between product and process method is established. The data model, which can express general product's process planning, is effective for representation, exchange and intergation of product data in CAD/CAPP/CAM system.
