我们正在迈向一个全球化与多元化的新时代,而它们在带来经济发展的同时,也创造了一个更为复杂的文化环境和更加扁平的组织结构,因此,传统的领导能力在这种环境下越来越不适应组织的需求。拥有跨文化的思维、建立多取向的领导关系和高效能的领导团队将成为全球化与多元化时代领导能力的新要求、新特质,并将发挥重要的作用。
We are entering on a new globalizational and pluralistic era, which has brought not only rapid economic development but also a even more complicated cultural environment and a even flater organizational structure. Under the conditions, the traditional leading ability can't meet organizational repuirements more and mone. To do transcultural thinking, establish multiorientational leadership relations and high - effective leading teams will become the new repuirements and the new speciality of leading ability in the pluralistic era.
