摘要
利用铜陵有色金属(集团)公司硫酸烧渣及周边锰、锌矿资源,采用同时浸出、净化、沉淀的工艺,进行生产软磁铁氧体原料的试验研究。在同时浸出过程中,铁、锰、锌的浸出率较高但现有工艺对有害杂质的含量难达到要求,有待进一步的工作。
The experiment of preparation of soft magnetic ferrit were carried using pyrite cinder from Tongling Nonferrous Metals (Group) Inc. and pyrolusite,zinc ore from surrounding area,by the progress of simultaneous leaching,defecation and settling.Following the simultaneous leaching, the leaching rate of iron,manganese and zinc is high.But the content of harmful impurity controlled by existence progress is difficult to achieve reauests and wait for more works.
