摘要
为了改善露天矿经济效果,发挥规模效益,根据地质条件、煤炭市场需求等条件,确定该矿合理的生产能力应扩大为300万t/a,因此,需要对该矿后续开采方案进行研究,针对该矿1-2#和2-2#两个可采煤层,为提高煤炭资源回收率,减少基建工程量和外排量,采用多种可行方案优选法,提出了在露天矿坑的坑底打斜,用井工开采2-2#煤层的开采方案,并对井工开采工艺、井巷掘进工程量、工作面布置、坑下斜井合理移动步距进行了确定。论述了在武家塔露天煤矿采用露天与井工开采并存的可行性、必要性和理论意义。联合开采方案在技术上是可行的、经济上是合理的。
To improve Wujiata Open-pit mine economic situation and give full play to scale benefit, the reasonable production rate of the mine should be enlarged to 300 × 10^4t/a, according to the geological condition and coal market. So, the new mining projects must be studied. For the mine's two coal seams No1-2^# and No2-2^#, and for increasing the recovery rate of coal,and decreasing the capital construction of the soil and rock, we use the multi-projects optimizing method and put forward the exploitation project that uses the underground mining for 2-2^# coal seam and dig a inclined well in open-pit. And we design the mining technology, the volume of laneways, laying work surface, and the reasonable move distance of inclined well in open-pit. We discussed the principle and essentiality and feasibility of using the opencast & underground mining in Wujiata Open-pit Mine. The opencast & underground mining is reasonable in economy and feasible in technology.
