摘要
为探讨MoS_2/Ni复合材料的自润滑机理,采用薄膜分离技术从摩擦表面提取了MoS_2润滑膜,在透射电镜下研究其显微结构.结果表明,润滑膜中的MoS_2具有择优取向,其(0001)基础面平行于摩擦表面,形成了有助于润滑作用的织构.少量Ni在润滑膜中与MoS_2发生化学反应,生成了NiS_2微细颗粒.
For investigation on self-lubrication mechanism of MoS2/Ni composite , the lubricating MoS2 film layers were removed from the frictional surface using a film-stripping technique. Microstructures of the stripped film layers were analyzed in a transmission electron microscope (TEM). The results showed that a texture of MoS2, which was instrumental to the lubrication effect,was formed in the lubricating film. The basal planes (0001) of MoS2 were preferably oriented parallel to the frictional surface. Littie amount of Ni reacted chemically with MoS2 in the lubricating film,and some fine NiS2 particles were formed.
