摘要
通过模拟方法,较系统地研究了乙醇对土壤脲酶活性的影响。结果表明,乙醇可显著增强土壤脲酶活性,二者关系达到显著正相关;随乙醇作用时间延长,土壤脲酶活性增加的幅度减小;随土壤肥力升高,乙醇影响脲酶的定浓抑制率绝对值减小,而脲酶的变浓变化率则差别不大,达到最大表观脲酶活性所需的最适时间缩短。该结果揭示出土壤肥力对外源物质与土壤脲酶活性的关系有重要影响。
By simulating methods,the effect of ethanol on soil urease activity was studied s ystemati cally. The results are as follows :ethanol could remarkably increase the urease activity so that they had significant positive correlation. With reaction time prolonging,the increasing degree of urease activity improved in decreasing trend. With soil fertility improving,the inhibitive percent's absolute value was reducing and the effect of ethanol on soil urease activity changed slightly. The optimum time reduced with soil fertility increasing when soil urease reached the maximum activity. All information shows soil fertility has important influence on the relationship between soil urease activity and pollutants.
