摘要
磷酸三丁酯/煤油(TBP/OK)废有机溶剂是核设施产生的中低放废物之一。本文研究了废溶剂在H2O2-Fe2+/TiO2-H2SO4体系中的氧化分解行为,分析了H2O2用量、催化剂、温度、pH值等主控因素对反应进程及结果的影响。并根据冷凝液、分解残液等废溶剂氧化分解产物各自不同的行为特点,对它们的进一步处理与处置进行了探索性研究。最后,对TBP/OK废有机溶剂过氧化氢催化氧化机理及Fe2+/TIO2的协同催化机理进行了初步探讨。
Spent organic solvent (TBP/OK)is one kind of intermediate liquid radwaste generated in spent fuel reprocessing process. The authers studied the decomposition behavior of spent organic solvent in H2O2-Fe2+/TiO2-H2SO4 systems, analyzed the effects of many factors on the reaction process such as H2O2 dosage,catalyst,temperature and pH-value. Moreover, the treatment technology of condensate and reaction residues was studied in accordance with their physical and chemical characteristics. The reaction mechanism of the catalytic oxidation by H2O2 under the action of synergetic catalysis of TiO2/Fe2+ was discussed tentatively.
