摘要
阐述了创新人才要具有开发型思维和敏锐的观察力等创新素质,指出了现阶段影响高校创新人才培养的主要因素:即传统观念和传统教学模式的影响,提出了创新人才培养的根本途径,即加强创新素质教育、课程设置和教育环节应紧紧围绕培养和提高学生创新能力进行等。
