Recently, a 'revolution' is just taking place in some large state-owned enterprises (SOEs). Having learned the cutting-edge experiences from other international business entities such as Singapore Temasek, State Council's SASAC, as the supervision and administration institution of state-owned assets, is pushing forward a change in many SOE boards by dispatching some external director and re-forming the boards. So far, there have been 7 enterprises undertaking this 'experiment'.
